Where We Ship We ship worldwide
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We're unable to redirect parcels once they've been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.
